*Course 3 is scheduled to take place from 1:30PM - 2:30PM EST

COURSE 1: October 27, 2020: Call to Action - Framing Today's Challenges as a Stakeholder-Led Company

Watch the Replay: HERE

This session will begin with an introduction to the concepts of Just corporations and Just capitalism. The discussion will move to focus on how directors of a Just corp should be framing the current challenges they are facing with respect to COVID and racial inequality within their own organizations and society. How are these two related? What are the actions leaders will need to take in the short-term and long-term? We will also discuss The Board Challenge and what it means for every director.

COURSE 2: November 17, 2020: Diversity Discovery - Formalizing Intentions

Watch the Replay: HERE

In this session we will cover 1) specific questions directors have raised and issues they have identified during the board evaluation process around diversity, 2) "Just" goals - solutions, understanding, internal and external (i.e., community focused) including why cognitive diversity requires a holistic view of past, present, and future of capitalism and stakeholders.

COURSE 3: December 9, 2020: Capstone - Purpose, Profit, and Board Action

In this final session of the series, we'll 1) draw on and explore (relevant) issues raised by attendees of the first two sessions and 2) discuss what boards of Just companies should do next to their advance specific initiatives.
